We also believe in full transparency and want to listen and learn from what our customer experience is like. We survey all customers that have ordered flowers from us and use a 3rd party survey company, Feefo, to do this for independent verification.
We want to hear from you, and especially so if something did not go exactly to plan, as that is how we learn and improve as a business.
Good price but bo helpline makes dealing with these difficult as it is all email only, and replies take ages! I won't be using again purely because of this, online form had errors in it too
Delivery terrible. Flowers apparentlyedt on porch, not received. I had a text to say despatched, but not one to say delivered. I queried this and was told the above. I've since received a full refund.
